She has gained experience in the legal field through various projects as a research assistant and project coordinator at the university's legal clinic and moot court club. Previously Rara worked as a community manager and partnership officer in a co-working company with demonstrated history of building and growing community, organizing and implementing effective community engagement strategies and copywriting. She also has experience as a translator in a US-based localization company with a track record of accurately translating literary and creative works from English to Indonesian and vice versa.

Rara obtained her degree in Law from Universitas Sumatera Utara, where she pursued a minor in International Law and graduated with honors.
